Official Rules 

If You Are Under the Legal Age of Majority in Your Jurisdiction of Residence, Please Read These Official Rules With Your Parent or Legal Guardian.

1.  Eligibility: Contest open to residents of Canada and the United States.
2. Promotion Period: This is displayed in the contest application.  
3. How to Enter: Entrants who are eligible visit Facebook and Instagram during the Promotion Period and enter using the instrcutions provided in the Facebook or Instagram post. Inappropriate comments will NOT be tolerated. They will be deleted and/or reported to Facebook and/or Instagram so please keep your comments of the "PG-13" variety.  Thanks!
4. Use of Information: When you like or comment on any item/picture you give us permission to publish your comment(s) in other places (i.e. on our Facebook and/or Instagram page and/or our blog and/or our website). This includes your "thumbnail" Facebook/Instagram profile picture and your Facebook/Instagram display name. We plan to save the "best entries" as screen-shots for future reference. We will not sell or share your comments with any other third party.
5. Contest Schedule: The dates of the contest are in the contest post.
6. Winner Selection: The potential winner will be selected on the ending date (as noted in the contest post) from among all the eligible entries received. Winners will be selected randomly from the eligible entries received. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of Lam's Golf Links, which will be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. In addition, the number of votes/likes *your* entry receives does not necessarily indicate you winning or losing a prize (the more votes/likes you have does not mean you more likely to win (e.g. we will randomly select a winner). All decisions are final. Limit one (1) prize per person during the promotion period. Winners who have won prizes from Lam's Golf Links within the last 6 months will also not be eligible to win. Winners will be notified via email and/or Facebook/Instagram. We will try to email the winner but we cannot guarantee the winner will receive the email. If a winner does not email us back (reply to our email) within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen. Another winner will be chosen (with 24 hours to respond) until a winner responds and accepts their prize.
7. Prizes: Winners will receive the gifts as stated in the contest application during the contest period. The prize usually includes gift certificate or a free round of golf at Lam's Golf Links. Upon being selected as a winner, the winner will be notified by email and/or Facebook/Instagram and be asked for their mailing address. The gifts will be mailed to the winner or they can choose to pickup the item from our clubhouse. We ask that winners please post on our Facebook/Instagram wall when they receive their prize so we can track delivery and receipt of prizes.
8. Winners’ List: The winners' names will be posted on on our Facebook/Instagram page (on our "wall").
